Someone in the winter hit and ran my vehicle and my insurance company recommended another autobody shop. I insisted on going to Herbers because they always do a good job when working on my vehicle. I was wrong in this instance because when I went to book my appointment they told me I wouldn't be able to get it in the shop for over a month as they are fully booked. No problem, we did the damage assessment and I went on waiting till they were able to get my vehicle in. Fast forward a couple months and I finally have a set date on when they can fix my car. I bring it in and happily wait. A week later they call me to tell me that they have ordered the wrong part and I can come pick up my vehicle so I don't use my insurance days for a rental as they dont have an ETA for the bumper they need for my car. What a waste of my time and my insurer's time.
I won't recommend you anymore and you have lost a loyal customer who had always gotten work done there.
They did a great job on my car, it was clean and looked brand new. Why I am writing this review is because Herbers doesn’t just fix cars, they also provide customer service and this area needs some work. Front desk staff are unwelcoming and focused on picking a movie over helping customers. I was told different things about the status of my vehicle from different staff. I was told three completely different times of when I could pick up my car, and they made the payment process super complicated when it didn’t have to be. Staff gave me information about payment and later I was told was that the information I was given was against policy..? I would probably recommend taking your car here because the mechanic side is great, but just be careful with the front desk staff.
My, oh my, where to begin... Had to get my truck repaired, and when I walked in, I was greeted with the friendliest of smiles from one of the receptionists, Arianna - made me feel at home and welcome! Offered me a coffee while I waited, which I accepted with gratitude.
After they looked at the truck, they were up front and brutally honest about what the damage was and what it would cost. I got the quote and they even gave me a deal as a first time customer!
I would highly recommend coming to this location if you are ever unfortunate enough to need any style of body work!

They did an amazing job fixing the damage to my Traverse after a woman backed into me. I was able to get the repairs done much quicker than elsewhere and they were very helpful and my Traverse looks amazing now.
Went to pick up my car and I’m so impressed with how great of a job they did! It look’s perfect, could never tell it was in a collision. I would definitely recommend this place, I have no complaints about their work, my car really looks brand new.
Nobody should bring their car in this shop for repairs. They take way long time to repair it. It's better to go somewhere else. My car was in shop for 2.5 months. I want u people to explain me how to survive without car in canada? This is worst experience in my life. I would rate below zero if there would b option. Really hate this shop.

very poor skills this shop has took my 2016 c450 there after hit while parked in front end 3 weeks pass by they call me saying car is done I drive down there new bumper trim is broken hood on crooked and rim not replaced just cleaned it.
Fast forward another week they call again saying car is done I get there hood still not lined and won't shut right rim fixed finally gap under driver headlight 3 times bigger then the passenger side finally 1more week go by they say it's done I get there hood still does not shut properly this is my 3rd time coming after they said it's done my insurance agent had enough of them and told me to take to different shop to complete the work they have told me they completed 3 times STAY FAR AWAY
